NUTTY FIG SALAD

INGREDIANTS for the SALAD DRESSING

6 tablespoons of cider vinegar

6 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon French mustard

1/2 teaspoon English mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 glove of garlic

2 tablespoons double cream

Pinch of salt & pepper

Thinely sliced red & yellow peppers

INGREDIANTS for the NUTTY FIG SALAD

8 firm figs

Pine nuts

walnuts

Almonds, skinned & boiled in hot water for 5 min

Grated ground hazelnuts

Iceberg lettuce

1 small thinely sliced onion

METHOD

Place all the ingrediantes into a big bowl and toss together

leaving the ground hazelnuts to last.

Put the dressing ingrediantes into a blender and blend slowly.

After put into a bowl and slowly stir in the double cream.

Just pour over the salad and the sprinkle the hazelnut dust over.
